I colored this image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I Crystal Lacquer the eyes, mouth, headlights, turn signals and parking lights. The card stock is from TAC (blue and black). I embossed the blue card stock with Cuttlebug Traffic Jam Embossing Folder. The words Wishing You a Speedy Recovery! was done on the computer.

Superbird Race Car - Racing for a Cure...Breast Cancer Awareness


I am currently on Sunshine's Stamps design team creating cards and projects everyone can do with one of Christina's fabulous digital stamps. When I received this digital image (Superbird Race Car) from Christina the first thing that came to mind was the race for a cure for Breast Cancer. Something all of us women need to be concern about. I colored superbird race car image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I Crystal Laquered the eyes, headlights, parking lights and mouth. I used pink and brown solid card stock from TAC. The pattern card stocks are Gina K Designs digital paper freebies called Neapolitan. The words Racing for a Cure... and Breast Cancer Awareness were done on the computer. I embellished the card with a pink satin ribbon to represent Breast Cancer.

Happy Birthday


I created this card for my friend, Val who lives in Minnesota for her birthday and StampTV's Sketch Challenge STVSC21. The stamp I choose was purchased from Ebay and doesn't have a name. I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and OMS and added Diamond Stickles to the center of the flowers. I used three solid card stocks (olive green, brown and dark orange) from TAC and two pattern card stocks. I embellished the card with an orange checkered ribbon bow, one large orange bitty blossom, three small bitty blossoms (two olive greens and one terracota), three large half pearls in the center of each blossom, one medium, two small and two tiny half pearls. The words Happy Birthday! is from a set called Ordinary Greetings from TAC.

Little Boy Blue


This card was created for StampTV's Potluck Friday Challenge STVPF22 - Oh Boy! using a stamp from RubberNecker. I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I choose three prints of card stock from Basic Grey - Granola and four solids (dark blue, light blue, dark brown and light brown) from TAC. I used Spellbinders Nestabilities Circles and Curved Rectangles Die-Cuts. The card was embellished with four blue mini brads and five black brads.

My Teddy Bear Friends


This adorable stamp I choose is from Stampin' Up. I made this card for StampTV's Potluck Friday Challenge STVPF22 - Oh Boy! I colored the image with Prima color pencils and OMS. I used a solid blue and red card stock from TAC and three pattern card stocks. I cut the image and red card stock with Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Two Die-Cuts. I embellished the card with five buttons and a blue grosgrain ribbon bow.

Malcolm Milk Truck

I colored Malcolm with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I added Crystal Lacquer to all the lights, windshield (eyes), hood ornament and mouth. I used a dark blue and light blue TAC card stock and two print card stocks.

I choose a dark gray and medium gray solid card stock and two pattern card stocks. I embellished the card with red and yellow bling blings for his lights and in the corners and one silver bead as a hood ornament.

Patrick the Police Car

I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I used Crystal Lacquer on the windshield, the officer's sunglasses, the top siren lights, the mouth and headlights. The solid card stocks (Blue, Red and Black) are from TAC and the two pattern card stocks are from K & C Company. I embellished the card with blue and red square bling blings.

Watermelon Girl


I made this card for StampTV's Sketch Challenge - STVSC20 - a more fancier version. The stamp image is from a set called Maybelle Favorites by TAC. I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I used Crystal Lacquer on the sun's face and Diamond Stickles on the sun's glowing area. The three pattern card stocks are from Martha Stewart and the solid card stocks (Green, Pink and Purple) are from TAC. I embellished the card with a mini and large flower punch from EK Success, a leaf punch from EK Success, pink and purple bling blings and a green grosgrain knot.

Little Gold Fish


I started to created this card for StampTV's Technique Challenge - Poppin' Pastels but was unable to finish in time. So then I decided to make it for the Sketch Challenge - STVSC20. The stamp set, Fun Fish is from TAC. I used VersaMark to stamp the images and then dabbed Pearlescent Shimmer Chalks for the colors. The pattern card stocks are K & C Company - Sea Glass and the solid card stocks (Blue, Blue-Green and Red-Orange) are from TAC. I embellished the card with four fish brads from Michael's and Aqua sheer ribbon.

I colored this image with color pencils and OMS and used Crystal Lacquer on his eyes, mouth, side mirrors, cheeks and nose. I punched out mini hearts with 3 different pattern card stocks and glued them on the bucket. I embellished the card with punching out a double border with Fiskars Heart Border, three black brads and a heart offray ribbon. The words Loads of Love were done on the computer.

Birthday Card for Karissa's 21st Birthday


I made this card for my daughter, Karissa for her 21st birthday on Saturday and for StampTV's Sketch Challenge - STVSC19. I colored the flower with color pencils and OMS. I cut the pink and yellow card stock out with Spellbinders Nestabilities Scalloped Ovals and embossed the yellow card stock with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. I place the flower image on foam squares. I punched out 2 butterflies on floral card stock (Basic Grey) with Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch. The corner design was cut with Cuttlebug Ornamental Die-Cuts. I used green, pink and yellow card stock from TAC and the floral card stock from Basic Grey. I embellished the card with green bling blings on the ornamental, pink bling blings on the butterflies (also placed them on foam squares) and a green pattern ribbon.

Blue Daisies


I made this card for StampTV's Color Challenge STVCC19 - Blue/gray/amethyst, moss/pine and sand/brown. I colored the daisies with color pencils and odorless mineral spirits. I cut the image and medium blue card stock out with Spellbinders Nestabilities Ovals and Scallop Ovals Die-Cuts. I paper pierced around the scalloped oval. I used tan, dark brown, light, medium, dark blues (from TAC) and three different patterns (from Basic Grey - Granola) card stocks. I embellished the card with five blue mini brads and a gray bow.

Angus Argus as a US Marine

He is too adorable - so many possibilities that can be done with him. I used US Marine card stock and paper pieced the airplane. I colored the propellars and red light with color pencils and odorless mineral spirits. I then used Crystal Lacquer on the propellars, his mouth, the windshields and red light. I embellished him with silver sticky beads.

Birthday Card for Mercedes


I made this card for my son, Travis' girlfriend, Mercedes for her birthday. I colored the image with color pencils and odorless mineral spirits and added diamond stickles in the centers of the flowers. I cut the image out and placed foam squares underneath and placed on two oval scallops cut out from Spellbinders Nestabilities Oval Scallops Die-Cuts. The darker peach oval scallop was embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. The top and bottom border was cut out with Cuttlebug Floral Borders Die-Cuts. I then added pearls in the middle of each cross. I used light peach, dark peach and a floral card stock (the floral card stock is a free digital download from Gina K Designs. A cream bow was added.

Sympathy Card


This is another Sympathy card I made to have on hand. I colored the floral bouquet with color pencils and odorless mineral spirits. On the center of the flowers I added diamond stickles. The image was cut out with Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Four Die-Cuts. I choose light blue, blue and green solids (from TAC) and a stripe card stock. The green floral border was cut out with Cuttlebug Floral Borders Die-Cuts. I put mini blue pearls on each flower. The corner was punched out with Fiskars Heritage corner punch and added five mini blue pearls. The blue cardstock was embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. I then added a blue offray ribbon.
