Stinking of You Card


This card was created for a card swap I joined in February. The stamp I used is called Sweet Skunks from The Angel CompanyTM. I flocked the skunk with Black Fun Flock and used Ultra Fine green, pink and orange glitter on the flower. I used a stripe and floral print cardstock along with blue, green and pink cardstock. I embellished the card with three mini brads (blue, pink and green). The words Stinking of You! was done on the computer.

Thank You Card for Father-in-Law's Memorial


I created this Thank You card to send to family and friends for my Father-in-Law, Don's memorial service. My Father-in-Law would love this scene. Very restful and peaceful by the water. The scene stamp is from STAMPENDOUS! This is my very first time attempting to watercolor a stamp image. Not as easy as I thought it would be trying to blend the colors together. I used green, aqua, periwinkle and a pattern cardstock. The green cardstock was punched with Fiskars Threading Water punch. I embellished the card with four mini green brads. The words Thank You! stamp is from The Angel CompanyTM.

St. Patrick's Day Card


I used O Lucky Day House Mouse stamp to create this card. I colored the image with color pencils and used Ultra Fine Snow glitter on the purple flowers. I used two St. Patrick's Day cardstock, one medium green and one dark green cardstock. The dark green was punched using Fiskars Threading Water punch. I embellished the card using green with polka dots grosgrain ribbon, four rhinestone stickers and one silver mini brad. The words St. Patrick's Day stamp is from The Angel CompanyTM.

Just For You Card


This is another card created with Sarah stamp from D.O.T.S. I colored the stamp with color pencils, gel pens and Ultra Fine Brown glitter in the middle of the sunflowers. I used blue, pink and two pattern cardstock. The blue cardstock was punched with Fiskars Flower punch. I embellished the card with three blue mini flower brads, one pink mini flower brad and pink with blue polka dot grosgrain ribbon. The word Just For You is a stamp set from The Angel CompanyTM.

For You Card


I created this card using Sarah stamp from D.O.T.S. I colored with color pencils, gel pens and Ultra Fine Brown glitter on the middle of the sunflowers. I used three pattern (blue flower print from TAC) and blue cardstock(from TAC). I embellished with three blue mini brads, one yellow mini brad and blue grosgrain print ribbon. Wish Card


The stamp used to create this card is called Camellia from Stamps Happen, Inc. I colored the fairy with color pencils, Ultra Fine Snow glitter on the bouquet of flowers and Ultra Fine Pink Glitter on the wings. I used green and two pattern cardstocks. The card was embellished with lace, pink eyelet ribbon and three flower brads. The word Wish is a set of stamps from The Angel CompanyTM. I used a scallop punch and glittered the edges with Ultra Fine Pink glitter.

Dustin's Birthday Card


I made this card for my daughter's boyfriend, Dustin, who will be celebrating his 21st birthday on Tuesday. He enjoys playing on the computer so I choose this rubber stamp Computer Tutors from House Mouse. Also, my daughter has a son, Aiden and is expecting twin boys, Logan and Mitchell, due in March. So, the three mice on the stamp remind me of the three grandsons I will be enjoying soon all together. Aiden of course being the on the pitcher bossing the little ones around. I colored the stamp with color pencils. I used purple, dark blue and a pattern print cardstock. I embellished the card with six purple mini brads. The words are stamps from The Angel CompanyTM.

Belle Card


This card was created using the rubber stamp Belle from RubberNecker. I choose this stamp to make a Spring card since here in Wisconsin they were predicting warmer temperatures in the 40's and 50's for the coming week. I colored the stamp with color pencils and used Ultra Fine Snow glitter. I choose magenta and a floral pattern cardstock. The magenta cardstock was embossed on the edge with Cuttlebug With Love embossing borders.

Alexandra Card


This is another stamp from RubberNecker called Alexendra that I used. I colored with color pencils and used Ultra Fine Pink glitter. I choose light pink and dark pink for cardstock. The dark pink cardstock was embossed with Cuttlebug Floral Fantasy embossing folder. I embellished with four pink mini brads, flat lace and light pink ribbon.

Women's Heart Awareness Day Card


This card was created this morning after hearing on the news to wear red today because it was Women's Heart Awareness Day. I used the rubber stamp Jessica from RubberNecker. I colored with color pencils and Ultra Fine Snow glitter. I used red and polka dot cardstock. I punched out the edge on the red cardstock with Fiskars Threading Water paper punch. The card was embellished with three silver brads and red ribbon.

Carol Card


Another rubber stamp from RubberNecker called Carol I enjoyed using. I used color pencils and Ultra Fine Light Blue Glitter. The blue cardstock was embossed with Cuttlebug Frills embossing borders. I embellished the card with light blue cardstock, two blue flowers, one white flower and three blue mini brads. So simple but yet elegant looking.

Pearl Card


I stamped this card with the rubber stamp, Pearl from RubberNecker. These cards can be used for birthday, anniversary or whatever you may choose. I colored with color pencils and Ultra Fine Snow Glitter. I used green and pink cardstock. The green cardstock was embossed with Cuttlebug Floral Fantasy embossing folder. I embellished with silver wire ribbon and three pink flowers and three green mini brads.

Rose Card


I created this card using the rubber stamp Rose from RubberNecker. There is a series of these lady stamps that I love stamping with. I colored the stamp with color pencils and Ultra Fine Snow glitter. I used a printed and light green cardstock. I embellished with four fuscia mini brads.

Birthday Card for 100 Year Old Woman



My best friend, Helen, told me of a woman who is turning 100 years old and if I would like to make a card so that she can receive 100 cards for her birthday. What a memory! I used the rubber stamp Victoria from RubberNecker. I colored with color pencils and added Ultra Fine Lavender glitter. The lavender cardstock was embossed with Cuttlebug Birds and Swirls embossing folder. I embellished the card with dark purple cardstock, flat lace, lavender ribbon and four lavender mini brads.

Please Don't Go! Card


This card was created for my mom to give to her doctor who is retiring. The stamp I used is a set called Sweet Skunks from The Angel CompanyTM. I enjoy working with this set. I used green, purple, pink and two different patterns of cardstock. I embellished the card with black flock on the skunk, Ultra Fine Lavender, Pink and yellow glitter on the flowers and four green mini brads. The words Please Don't Go! were done on the computer.

Happy Groundhog Day Card


My inspiration for creating this card was the groundhog stamp - how cute he is. I purchased the stamp from Rubberhedgehog Rubber Stamps. I colored the hedgehog with color pencils. I used dark green, dark pink and three different patterns of cardstock and embellished with three gold mini brads. The words Happy Groundhog Day! was created from the computer.

For this card I used Beehave! stamp from Penny Black. The card was made with light yellow, light green and three different pattern cardstocks. I used color pencils and Ultra Fine glitter on the bee wings and flowers in the grass. The You've been on my mind! stamp is from The Angel CompanyTM. I embellished the card with yellow flower ribbon and four mini green brads.

Just A Note

I used Girl With Flower Pot stamp. I colored the stamp with color pencils, a black gel pen and Ultra Fine glitter on the flowers. I stamped Just a Note from The Angel CompanyTM. I used green, light pink and three pattern cardstock. I embellished with three flowers, three mini brads and Ultra Fine Pink glitter around the words.

Thank You Card


I made this card with Whitney's Message stamp from D.O.T.S. I colored the stamp with color pencils, gel pens in a few areas and added some Ultra Fine glitter. I used blue and four different patterns of cardstock. I added two pink buttons (that were my grandmother's), four pink mini brads and blue flower ribbon.

Hello Card

I stamped this card with I Love Easter stamp set and Hello stamp from The Angel CompanyTM. I love working with this set. I colored the stamp with color pencils and glittered the flowers with Stampendous! Ultra Fine Lavender, Pink and Yellow glitter. I used Mias Cottage - green cardstock, Miss Moxie - purple cardstock, Lilly Anna - pink green stock from The Angel CompanyTM and two different patterns of cardstock. I embellished the card with four pastel pink mini brads, three flower brads and light green ribbon.

I Miss You Card for my son, Travis

I created this card for my son, Travis who is a US Marine and stationed at this time at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. I just wanted him to know that I am missing him a lot. The bunny and I Miss You! stamp are from The Angel CompanyTM. I flocked the bunny with brown and white fun flock. The grass is colored with color pencils and the flowers were glittered with pink and purple glitter. I used green, purple, dark pink, and two different patterns of cardstock. I embellished the card with three purple and two greens mini brads.

Valentine's Day Hedge Hog Card



I stamped this card with Penny Black Shy Hedge Hog stamp. I colored the hedge hog with color pencils and used red, yellow and green glitter on the flower. I used red, pink and heart cardstock. The pink cardstock was punched with Fiskars heart border. I embellished with white grosgrain Valentine ribbon, four small pink heart brads and three large (pink, white and red) brads.

Missing You Card


I created this card this morning for my husband who is leaving tomorrow morning to go to New Jersey to see his dad and say goodbye to him (has terminal cancer). I thought I would put it in his suitcase. The stamps I used is from Rubbernecker. The brads are from PaperWishes and the cardstock is from Michaels. Since I started making cards only about a month now, this is the first card I have made for my husband. I need to thank my best friend, Helen for teaching me and encouraging me to make cards for family and friends.

Boss' Birthday Card

This card was created for my boss for his birthday. I clipped sport articles from the Sunday newspaper of teams in Wisconsin. I printed sport items on white cardstock and used colored glitter for each. I used red cardstock behind each article.

6 year old Little Girl's Birthday Card


I created this card for my cousin's little girl's 6th birthday. The stamp I used is from Rubbernecker. I used color pencils, red flock on the boa, yellow flock on the feathers, and colored glitter to embelish the flowers and jewelry. The floral cardstock is Tutti Frutti from The Angel CompanyTM and the solid color cardstocks is from Wal-Mart. The brads are from The Angel CompanyTM also.

Cousin's Birthday


I created this card for my cousin, Tina, who is more like a sister to me than a cousin. She is a manager and hairdresser at SportClips where I work as a receptionist. I thought her birthday was in January but is actually not until April. I used House Mouse Shear Delight stamp (which are my favorite stamps). I embelished with colored pencils, snow glitter on the words and brads.

I made this card for my brother, Tim who had hernia surgery. I used the nurse teddy bear stamp from Rubbernecker. I colored the bear with gel pens, used an embossing folder from Cuttlebug on both blue cardstocks, used gold stamp ink on the words feel better and on the edges and 2 gold brads.

My First Christmas Card

This is my very first card I created. I used Holly cardstock with green and tan cardstock. The Victorian house, holly borders and Merry Christmas saying are stickers. I painted the snow on the house with Tulip Diamond Glitter Dimensional Fabric Paint. The snowflakes are done by a snowflake punch. I enjoyed making this card so much that I want to make more.
