CHALLENGE WRITE UP HEADERThis project was created for Craft Us Crazy Challenge.  The challenge actually started Thursday, January 3rd.  I was unable to post my project till now due to an unfortunate accident I had on Christmas Eve.  I fell on some ice at my parent’s house and had severe back pain due to it.  Thank goodness it is finally starting to feel much better that I was able to climb stairs to my craft room to take pictures.  Now onto the challenge that ends Wednesday, January 16th.  The challenge is an “Inspiration Photo and/or Something New”.  There is also a brand new sponsor, Ginger Blossom Designs.

Hi!! I'm Jessica Skibicki, owner/seamstress at Ginger Blossom Designs! I make custom and unique handmade items for many occasions and reasons. From bags to baby items and in between! Please check out my Etsy store and see what I can make for you today, or maybe I've already got a special something that's waiting to be mailed out to you!!!

Please check out my sewing tutorial site - http://www.sewcrafted.com

Here is the inspiration photo for the challenge:

Not only are we drawing inspiration from the picture above, but our prize for you this week is made with the fabric in the picture!!!! Below is a SAMPLE ONLY of the tote bag you will receive if you're the lucky winner!!

It measures 14" across and 16" top to bottom ( not including handles)
It is fully lined ( No Raw Edges)
Stabilized with a soft padded feel to help protect your items.
Tote bag handles. ( Not fabric to make it even more durable)
Top stitching to secure the tote bag handles in place and to give the tote a finished look.

What a wonderful prize!

Recipe used:
