The candy corns were popped on black card stock in the corners (Sizzlits Photo Corners #2) with 3D foam circles. The yellow, orange and black card stock is from TAC. The yellow card stock was embossed with Cuttlebug Haunted Halloween Embossing Folder. Vanity

It sure has been a very long week. Moved my daughter and her 3 boys into an upper duplex on Saturday. Spent Saturday - Monday unpacking boxes, hanging curtains, blinds, pictures, etc. Not to mention doing 12 loads of her laundry to get her caught up. Then on Tuesday I decided to clean the attic completely of all of Karissa's old things that she never took with her. I took out 4 bags of garbage, an old under-the-bed drawer set and made a pile of items that Karissa will be storing at her house. I swear I don't want to climb stairs for awhile - 2 flights of steps are not fun. And my health is still not the greatest. Can't seem to get rid of this bronchitis/cold. But, the good news is I now have a craftroom all to myself. Plus, my laptop is up and restored. Yeah! I am finally up and running again to where I can start creating cards again. I'm so excited! So, I am posting this card I made - Vanity from Sunshine's Stamps - http://www.yourspecialdelivery.co.uk/sunshine-stamps.html I colored the digital image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. The glass jar was crystal lacquered. I used Nestabilities Labels 4, Ovals and Scallop Ovals Die-Cuts. The card stock is Basic Grey - Eva and the black and burgundy is TAC. The black card stock was punched out with Fiskars Lace Border Punch. I embellished the card with 5 black brads, 4 black half sticky pearls and burgundy/green satin ribbon.

Meet one of Sunshine's Stamps Signature Image - FrankenBunny! He is the cutest franken bunny ever and I got the pleasure to design a post-it-note holder with him. I cannot wait to meet the other signature images and have fun playing with them also. He is a digital image like all the other images you have seen on my blog that I have created cards with. Go visit Sunshine's store at http://yourspecialdelivery.weebly.com/sunshine-stamps.html to see which digital image you may want to purchase and create wonderful cards or other projects like this post-it-note holder. I colored the image with Prisma color pencils and OMS. The green, black and orange card stock is from TAC. I used Nestabilities Circles and Scallop Circles Die-Cuts to cut out the image, the green and orange card stock. Green card stock was also used to make the note pad holder. Here is the link that I used: http://paperpleasing.typepad.com/my_weblog/2008/01/post-it-note-pe.html The black corners were done with Sizzlits Photo Corners #2 and an orange button was sewn on with green thread. I placed black satin ribbon around the holder and tied a bow to keep it closed. The words Franken Wishes for a Frightful Halloween was done on the computer by Sunshine's Stamps. I colored parts of the saying with a Sakura Gelly Roll pen - Copper Star.

Pumpkin Patch

I wasn't real happy for my Happy Harvest card for the spotlight technique that I just had to make another one. So, this was created for StampTV's Technique Challenge - STVTC32 - Spotlighting. I used a stamp called Pumpkin Patch by D.O.T.S. I stamped the image on 2 pieces of white card stock. I took one and colored part of the pumpkins with Prisma color pencils and OMS. I then took a Nestabilities Circles Die-Cut and cut out the colored image. I dabbed Memento Rich Cocoa around the circle edges. On the plain image I used Memento Desert Sand and sponged around the edges and sponged certain areas of the pumpkins with Memento Rich Cocoa. The brown and orange card stock is TAC. I embossed 3/4 of the brown card stock with Cuttlebug Houndstooth and the other 1/4 with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots. I embellished the card with KI Memories Ribbon - Grateful Stripes, 3 orange mini brads, jute and a brown button. The words Happy Harvest is from a set called TrendyGreetings by TAC. I stamped the words on orange card stock cut out with Nestabilities Labels 4 Die-Cut.
