Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop!

RRRBlogHopWelcome to Really Reasonable Ribbon’s blog hop showcasing some stunning and spectacular projects created by the awesome and talented Design Team.  The Design Team will be showing a variety of fun and unique ways to use different types of ribbon on all your projects.  No project is complete without ribbon!  Now if you have arrived from Robbie’s blog, you are in the correct spot.  If not, I would hate for you to miss anything so please start at Really Reasonable Ribbon’s blog.  You will be seeing some absolutely gorgeous ribbons, trims and embellishments that can be used on any project you may be creating.

Here is my card:

Grace and CammiI apologize if you have seen this card done before.  I was unable to get a card completed due to an injury to my wrist and arm that I thought for sure I would be able to overcome.  On Mother’s Day my son’s wife came over with their cat for a visit.  While trying to fix the cat’s harness, he turned on me and attacked my wrist and arm.  His teeth went into my wrist, I think into my vein.  My vein has popped out, is all swollen and black and blue.  His claws dug deeply into my arm to the point where that too is all swollen and black and blue.  I managed to get some images colored this week and thought I would surely be able to put a card together.  Unfortunately, my hand would not cooperate and made it very painful.  I do hope you still enjoy this card I have done using Really Reasonable Ribbon Tiny Sheer Blue/Yellow Squares Ribbon and Blue Flower Brads.

Digital Image:  Grace and Cammi from Sew Many Cards (Colored image with Prisma color pencils and OMS, cut image out and popped up with 3D foam dots).

Card Stock:  Blue and Yellow (TAC), yellow prints (DCWV-Citrus) and blue stripe (Paper Pizzaz).

Die-Cuts:  Nestabilities Ovals/Scallop Ovals.

Punches:  EK Success Flower Punch.

Inks:  Sakura Stardust (Grace’s patch and bow on dress and Cammi’s patches).

Embellishments:   Blue Flower Brads (Really Reasonable Ribbon) and Tiny Sheer Blue/Yellow Squares Ribbon (Really Reasonable Ribbon).
