Welcome to The Outlawz Thursday Twist Challenge.  The challenge this week is “Spring Colors” theme.  The challenge started on Thursday, March 22nd and runs until next week Wednesday, March 28th.  When entering your card/project into the challenge and gallery, please be sure to tag it with TT032212.  Hope you’ll be able to join us for an opportunity to win some really wonderful prizes this month.

I apologize for not being around much lately to post any cards.  I recently started a new job as a receptionist at a law firm.  What a change since not working for over 6 years.  I forgot what it’s like to work , do all the domestic housework and still have time to craft.  Definitely not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything.  Not to mention, last week I got the wonderful flu that is going around and had to miss work for an entire week.  So, this week I have been attempting to catch up.

RECIPE:

Digital Image:  “Baby & Blanket” from Digi Doodle Shop (colored image with Prisma color pencils and OMS).

Sentiment:  “Let’s Celebrate – It’s a Boy!" from Crafty Sentiments – Baby Circles set.

Card Stocks:  Blue (TAC), Yellow, Orange and Light Green (Colorbok) and Prints (K&Company – Itsy Bitsy Baby Boy).

Punches:  McGill 1 1/4” Circle punch, Marvy 1 1/2” Scallop Circle punch, MS Branch, Punch Bunch:  Medium Sweet Pea and Medium Chestnut punches.

Inks:  Frayed Burlap Distress Ink.

Tools:  Sewing Machine and White Thread.

Embellishments:  Silver Baby Buggy Charm and Jump Rings, Yellow Brads, White Flowers and It’s a Boy White Satin ribbon (Really Reasonable Ribbon).

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
