I made this card using Sunshine's Stamps Digital Images - JetWash, HerkyBird and GooneyGonz. They can be purchased from http://sunshinesstamps.blogspot.com
The layout I choose for this card was for StampTV's Sketch Challenge - STVSC30. I colored the images with Prisma color pencils and OMS. The eyes and mouths were crystal lacquered. I used Nestabilities Ovals and Scallop Ovals Die-Cuts to cut the images out. The two blue striped card stock is from K & C Company - Marine and the dark blue and gray card stock is from TAC.
