Welcome to The Outlawz Thursday Twist Challenge. The challenge this week is to create a “Masculine” card. It starts Thursday, February 9th and runs till next week, Wednesday, February 15th. When entering your card/project in the challenge and gallery, please be sure to use tag TT020912. Hope you’ll be able to join us for an opportunity to win some really fabulous prizes this month.
I created this card for my cousin Tina’s son, Ethan for his birthday. She said that he likes to skateboard so I figured this image would be perfect from Mo’s Digital Pencil.
RECIPE:
Digital Image: “Skateboard Schoolboy” from Mo’s Digital Pencil (Colored image with Prisma color pencils and OMS).
Stamps: “ETHAN” – Alphabet Stamps from Studio G, “Happy Birthday” and “Just For You” from Popcorn the Bear – Hug set and Deco Designs from TAC.
Card Stocks: Dark Blue/Green (TAC) and Prints (Colorbok – Faded Denim).
Die-Cuts: Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Accents and Nestabilities Ovals.
Punches: Stampin’ Up! Extra Large Petite Pennants, Stampin’ Up! Scalloped Scallop Border Punch and Stampin’ Up! 1/2” Circle Punch.
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Versa Magic Spanish Olive Ink and Black Gel Pen (faux stitching around pennants and sentiments).
Tools: Sewing Machine and Olive Thread.
Embellishments: Tiny Green Buttons, Brown Scrapper’s Floss, 3/8” Moss Green Totally Twill (Really Reasonable Ribbon), 5/8” Light Green w/Moss Green Stitched Edge Ribbon (Really Reasonable Ribbon) and Silver Jump Rings.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a fabulous weekend!
